The Demonstrator version has the full functionality of Trajan Professional, with the following restrictions:-
Demonstrator License Conditions
The Demonstrator version is supplied under the following restrictive license condtions:
Under the terms of this license you may:
1.1. Use the enclosed Trajan Software Ltd. Demonstrator Software on only a single computer at any one time;
1.2. Use the Software solely for evaluation with a view to prospective purchase of Trajan Software Ltd.'s Software;
1.3. Evaluate the Software for a period not exceeding THIRTY days, after which period you shall destroy all copies of the Software, and shall not download further copies of the Software.
You shall not:
2.1. Copy any written materials accompanying the Software;
2.2. Use, copy, modify, translate or merge the Software except as provided in this agreement;
2.3. Reverse-engineer, dissemble, or decompile the Software; or
2.4. Sublicense, rent, lease, or assign any portion of the Software.
The Software is owned by Trajan Software Ltd. and is protected by United Kingdom Copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You shall treat the Software like any copyrighted material.
Except as expressly stated herein, the Software is provided "AS IS." You shall be entirely responsible for the selection of the Software and for the installation of, use of, and results obtained from, the Software.
All other warranties or conditions, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantibility or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software and written materials accompanying the Software, are excluded from the license.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Trajan Software Ltd. be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Trajan Software Ltd. product, even if Trajan Software Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You shall not export or re-export this Software, or any portion thereof. This license and your right to use the Software shall terminate automatically if you violate any part of this agreement. In the event of termination, you shall immediately destroy all copies of the Software or return them at your expense to Trajan Software Ltd.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Trajan Software Ltd. and supersedes any prior agreement concerning the contents of this package. If shall not be modified except by written agreement dated subsequent to the date of this agreement signed by an authorised representative of Trajan Software Ltd. Trajan Software Ltd. shall not be bound by any provision of any confirmation, correspondence, or otherwise, unless Trajan Software Ltd. specifically agrees to the provision in writing.
This agreement shall be considered as a contract made in England and according to English Law, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
